Let’s admit that we all have demons, and we all have to deal with them sooner or later. It doesn’t matter how much you ignore it, the mistakes of your past come to haunt you in the future. But, should these mistakes define who you are going to be in the future?
Absolutely not. Just like everyone else, I had my fair share of demons, and I dealt with them in my own way.
People Always Gossip
At first, I thought that I would be able to hide my secrets from the world. But, soon I realized that no matter what you do, people always gossip. If someone knows something about you, you should assume that everyone around him knows it too.
There are people who will try to bring you down. So, the best way to counteract that is by discussing your immaturities with the world yourself.
Write About Your Insecurities
I found anonymous blogs to be very helpful as you can easily discuss whatever you can without putting a lot at risk. I used to be insecure about a lot of things, and I am still insecure about a lot of things. But, when I write about my feelings, I tend to be as honest as I can.
When I am talking about my closest friends, I feel ashamed, but I feel free to discuss anything I want to with a bunch of strangers, and it has helped me overcome a lot of my demons.
