As institutions nationwide work on completing their rosters, there remain eight top-20 and 14 top-52 transfers who have yet to find a new home. Additionally, surprises are still possible, as Riley Kugel of Florida showed by withdrawing his commitment to Kansas earlier this week after initially making it in late March.
A significant factor influencing the decisions of these top-rated transfers is the NBA Draft.
