Are you ready to watch some new series like “Raya and the Last Dragon”? Well, hold on tight because Disney is just releasing the teaser trailer for the new movie. And it’s so, so good.
The latest feature-length animated marvel from Disney Animation Studios isn’t set to debut until March 2021. Still, hopefully, this first trailer will hold you over for a couple of more months.
Raya and the Last Dragon: Plot
“Raya and the Last Dragon,” a new series, tells the story of the titular Raya (Kelly Marie Tran). She is a warrior who sets bent defend her homeland against an ancient evil.
However, she wants to hunt the last dragon—Sisu (Awkwafina), who has transformed into a person’s. Also, Raya featuring a very cute animal sidekick playing the role of “Tuk Tuk.”
On the other side, the synopsis of a young human girl is teaming up with a mystical character. He has lost their powers to subdue a timeless villain. And then he returns that magical feeling to their former glory sounds an entire like Moana.
And Raya looks more importantly and feels quite different from Moana and the other Disney animated feature.
The initial footage of the film was screened at year’s D23 Expo eventually. It had been an evocative piece. Moreover, it filled with outstanding martial arts choreography and complete with a lush.
It will also show you a rain-soaked Southeast Asian vibe. Sisu is one of the good character designs within the history of Disney Animation (seriously).
And it just looks like the proper time for this type of story, one that’s ready to be both classically mythological and thoroughly modern.

After the D23 Expo, the movie went through a reasonably severe creative shake-up. The movie directors Dean Wellins and Paul Briggs both were removed.
And Briggs remains as a co-director alongside John Ripa. The lead actor was replaced (Tran filled certain Cassie Steele).
And a further writer was announced (Qui Nguyen joins the previously announced Adele Lim). Moreover, an additional producer was hired (Peter del Vecho is now paired with Osnat Shurer).
But hopefully, everything clothed for the simplest. The good Don Hall directs the film and Blindspotting director Carlos López Estrada, new to the Disney Animation Studios fold.
We can’t wait to ascertain what else Raya the Last Dragon has future when it debuts on 12th March 2021.
